The resulting Journal of Management for Global Sustainability published four articles and an essay addressing the need to take action on the many inter-related aspects of global unsustainability, its disproportionate impacts on the world’s most vulnerable peoples—most notably its impacts on increasing and making more intractable the tragedies of poverty and social injustice—and, of course, threats to the very existence of all species, including our own.
