This case outlines operational and sustainability processes at Perry Pallet, and highlights the difficulties and challenges that a small business faces while pursuing sustainability. It provides students a unique business and industry context to evaluate sustainability growth strategies and options from a strategic and value chain perspective and allows them to think about all the necessary changes throughout the supply chain to successfully develop and implement a sustainable growth plan.
