**We have opened the Call for Papers early to facilitate acceptances across the year leading to the conference and will have a rolling system of acceptances. We aim to respond to your submission within three weeks.
**For those aiming to use 2024 budgets for travel, please submit your paper prior to November 30th for a mid-December response. Final due date for submissions is May 31st 2025.

General Submission Guidelines
Full Paper Submission Guidelines:
• Submissions should be in English or Spanish, single-spaced, 12-point font, Microsoft Word file format.
• Full papers should not exceed 7000 words (not including references).
• We will use a double-blind review process. The author's name(s) and information should not appear anywhere in the abstract or full paper, or document properties.
• At least one author of the accepted paper must attend and present at the conference.

Extended Abstract Submission Guidelines:
• Submissions should be in English or Spanish, single-spaced, 12-point font, Microsoft Word file format.
• Abstracts should not exceed 1000 words.
• The abstract should discuss the importance of the topic, and explain the method, data, and data source used for the study when applicable. It is also helpful to state stages of the research and preliminary results.
• Do not include references or links in the abstract (add them as appendix).
• At least one author of the accepted extended abstract must attend and present at the conference.
Teaching innovation case studies
• Submissions should be in English or Spanish.
• Case studies should not exceed 5000 words.
• The case study should an identification of the problem and the teaching innovation that is being implemented. Structure the study with sections like background, analysis, solution, and results, and use evidence to support your analysis. Keep it engaging, concise, and focused on actionable insights, that will enable others to follow your innovation.
• At least one author of the accepted poster must attend and present at the conference
