We are proud to say that the first special issue of the Business Case Journal (BCJ, Volume 31, Issue 2) was published in Winter of 2024. This special issue focused on peer-reviewed articles and cases in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). In 2022, the two BCJ editors at the time, Drs. Ann Hackert and Patrick Schultz, came up with the idea to create a DEI special issue and they immediately drew in another former BCJ editor, Dr. George Whaley, to help with idea development and planning. The group then expanded as Drs. Monika Hudson and Julian Vogel agreed to serve as the guest editors for the DEI special issue.
