In Indonesia, globalization, free competition and capitalistic economic system has been allegedly to be the "culprit" destruction of the joints of the economy and the country's sovereignty in the welfare of the people. The Indonesian government increasingly has not been able to determine the fate of the country, including a policy in the interests of its people. The state is too often "not present" in the midst of the suffering of its own people. Global capitalism has been ensnaring and seizing the socio-economic sovereignty in Indonesia. Indonesia's economic development has been further and further away from the "spirit of development" for the people. Market economy "has failed" to reduce poverty and failed to put an end to unemployment. Development has been "evicted the poor" and make them increasingly marginalized "not displace poverty". So the people with all its transformative power will inevitably have to be ready to save themself in order to escape a worse condition. People have tremendous potential as a transformative force Credit Union and SMEs as the economic driving people better. If the transformative powers managed properly then people will be able to form a community construction aspired namely socio-economic society of a sovereign, prosperous and more dignified.
