This article examines the potential for Laudato Si' to play a more formative role in Jesuit business education and describes a course that puts Laudato Si' into action. lgnatian spirituality is evident in Laudato Si' as it challenges businesspeople to reflect deeply on their business vocation and respond to a call to discipleship. The lgnatian pedagogy reflected in the structure of Laudato Si' provides a model for transformative business education rooted in experiential learning, reflected on theologically and ethically, and focused on serving the common good through both public policy and personal practices.
