Consortia, such as the International Association of Jesuit Business Schools and the Colleagues in Jesuit Business Education, work to enhance collaboration among colleagues and Schools to advance business education ideas, such as the diffusion of the Inspirational Paradigm for Jesuit Business Education. In this paper, we use data on authorship (names and affiliations of authors and co-authors) of all articles published in the Journal of Jesuit Business Education from its inception in 2010 to 2023, to analyze collaboration networks among authors and institutions. Using social network analysis, we assess the strength of two networks, an author collaboration network and an institutional collaboration network. We develop interactive visualizations of these two networks and use centrality measures to identify influential authors and institutions who could serve as potential change agents in the field. Finally, we propose strategies to strengthen these networks and enhance collaboration in Jesuit business education.
