The intention of this article is to generate discussion around a greater understanding of leaders’ decision-making related to inclusion, diversity, equity and accessibility (IDEA) as well as champion the pedagogy of the oppressed (Freire, 2017) in business schools. These leadership tools were initially shared at my training event in 2022, and they were subsequently revised using the participants’ feedback. Fellow educators are invited to ponder their ideologies of patriarchy, gender equality, and white supremacy that all impact global inequities, while they also consider a need for increased knowledge translation, community collaboration, and collective healing.
