Kimberly Rae Connor is Professor of ethics at the School of Management at the University of San Francisco and Program Director for Management Exercises. Trained in the humanities and Ignatian spirituality, Kim brings to the School of Management an appreciation for how spiritual, literary, and philosophical inquiry can help develop the careers of students and faculty in management.
This is an Instructor's Guide for how to approach teaching ethical decision making. It was created and has been used in graduate management programs (MBA, Marketing Intelligence, Public Administration). It includes a syllabus, suggested readings, and lectures. It also features an iteration of Management Exercises, a co-curricular formation program for managment students based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius.
