It was created and has been used in graduate management programs (MBA, Marketing Intelligence, Public Administration). It includes a syllabus, suggested readings, and lectures. It also features an iteration of Management Exercises, a co-curricular formation program for managment students based on the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius.
