REDUCE THE TRANSMITTED POWER OR REMOVE THE CELL TOWER

Electro Magnetic Radiation, due to lack of political will both from the State and Federal Governments for the past 15 years or so, has been posing a frightening ecological and health hazards to more than 1.3 billion Indian population. There are at least five hundred thousand powerful cell towers, excluding repeaters and boosters, installed all over the country for about one billion mobile phone subscribers. One can even find them, though the government has proposed to ban, on hospitals and educational institutions and government buildings where the children, the future of India, bear the brunt of radiation. There are large number of reports and technical papers proving scientifically with hard facts that people living close to the towers suffer from headaches, memory loss, tiredness, joint pains, neurological disorders, glioma and even cancer. The only way to heal India is to pressurize the government to adopt stringent radiation norms of less than 1 milliWatt/m2, which will compel cell operators to reduce the transmitted power and then prosecute the cell phone tower providers, who violate it.
