Abstract The purpose of this panel is to examine the impact of AI on the critical components of case writing and publication, discuss the trends, opportunities, and challenges for case writers considering the use of AI, delve into the roles of various stakeholders in case writing and the use of AI: authors, reviewers, editors, teachers/students, and distributors. The panel will discuss the following: Writing cases that feature AI in businesses, an example of an AI enterprise application that can help enhance classroom experiences, AI from the perspective of journal editors, AI as a brainstorming partner, and perspectives from our partners at Sage. The panel seeks to engage with a diverse audience and encourages interactive participation. We aim to provide valuable insights to seasoned professionals and those new to AI and case writing. This conversation will help us shape how we engage with LLMs in case writing and teaching.
