Starbucks and the New Lease Standard

Professors Bean and Puccino are about to teach courses in which the new lease accounting standard will be required material. Professor Puccino is simultaneously considering investing a small windfall in Starbucks common stock, but is not sure what the effects of the new lease standard will be.
