We need a new paradigm in Business Education that responds to the societal challenges we are facing and the hungers of our students. Despite the significant global economic progress in recent decades, extreme poverty persists, and environmental degradation continues. Our business schools have the responsibility to (1) generate knowledge that transforms the way business is conducted, and (2) provide a framework for reflection to support our faculty and students to become part of the solution to our global challenges. This note provides a brief update of the work done to date and plans for future efforts of the International Association of Jesuit Universities (IAJU) Task Force on the Inspirational Paradigm for Jesuit Business Education (IP). While we know there is more work to do, we are inspired to see the increasing engagement around the globe supporting the IP and the progress being made toward its realization.
