The US- based construction industry has rapidly shifted to new owners who are international and non-English speaking. One US-based Ukrainian Construction Company owner had no English and no knowledge of construction but offered lower prices on the same jobs. The US based Chinese Window Company owner also had no English and no knowledge of construction in the state but offered lower costs windows and worked better with Chinese clients. While the third construction company owner Marc, who knew construction was now hiring a workforce who were untrained Hispanic workers as he tried to keep his company viable. Historically, even the Canadian National Railway hired Chinese immigrants to build the railway, as did the US hire international laborers to build the Suez Canal. What new management strategy is needed to keep the US Construction companies in business.
