Call for Papers

•    Submission deadline: May 16th, 2025 (applies for posters, extended abstracts and full papers)
•    Full paper notification deadline: June 6th, 2025

We understand that travelling internationally to attend the forum is challenging and we also  recognize that most universities require papers to be accepted before approving sponsorship.

**We have opened the Call for Papers early to facilitate acceptances across the year leading to the conference and will have a rolling system of acceptances. We aim to respond to your submission within three weeks.

**For those aiming to use 2024 budgets for travel, please submit your paper prior to November 30th  for a mid-December response. Final due date for submissions is May 16th  2025.

Submissions

To maximize variety and participation three types of submission are available:

  • Extended Abstract: 500 words and 10-minute presentation

  • Full Papers: 5,000 – 7,000 words and 15-minute presentation

  • Teaching innovation practices: case studies.
