This study evaluates the relationship between Social Innovation, Value Creation, and Entrepreneurial Guidance in a Third Sector organization, the International Federation Fé e Alegria - Brazil (FIFyA). The research assumes that the current reality has been impacted by social transformations in different regions of the Brazilian territory, with effects on commercial corporations and non-profit organizations. In this scenario, Social Innovation may constitute an effective alternative to face the management challenges arising from this new situation. In the academic and corporate context, it has been possible to perceive that new economic dynamics and organizational arrangements have directly or indirectly impacted management models, leading organizations to rethink their structure and governance mechanisms and assess their efficiency and effectiveness. The interest in discussing the relationship between the constructs Social Innovation, Value Creation and the Entrepreneurial Orientation associated with it can serve as a parameter for evaluating current management model of institutions and being useful for new management models, in particular those associated with the Third Sector. The developed research had a quantitative approach and descriptive objective, using the survey research method and uni and multivariate techniques for data analysis. All three research hypotheses conjectured in the proposed thesis were supported. The positive relationships between Social Innovation and Value Creation were confirmed; between Social Innovation and Entrepreneurial Orientation and between Value Creation and Entrepreneurial Orientation. The study also seeks to provide an empirical contribution to future research on the subject, equipping managers to understand the constructs addressed in this thesis as a way to help a management culture focused on Entrepreneurial Guidance associated with Value creation and that generates Social Innovation. Based on the described context, the guiding question of this study was elaborated: In the International Federation Fe y Alegria, in Brazil, what is the relationship between Social Innovation and Value Creation and Entrepreneurial Guidance of managers from different sectors? In order to answer the guiding question of this thesis, the study objectives explained below were defined, and his general objective is evaluate the relationship between Social Innovation and Value Creation of organizations with the Entrepreneurial Orientation of the International Federation Fé e Alegria do Brasil (FIFyA) managers.
