The strategy in use in the organizations focuses on a specific area which contributes to the alignment and the attempts to exceed expectations which are related to the achievement. The objective of this paper is to map out the stakeholders of the Foundation Fé e Alegria, following the model of Frooman (1999), in an attempt to verify the extent of influence within the stratagems used by the organization as regards the relation to the environment. The research consists in the study of a unique case and the qualitative and quantitative approaches resorting to questionnaires handed out to six executives of the foundation. As a result, 21 external and 2 internal stakeholders were invited to display in detail the organization under consideration demonstrating the fact that its total weight in fact is invested in the external environment and not in its internal consistency. As regards the extent of influence of the stakeholders aligned here some who stand out in the external environment mention is to be made of the Community, the Association Antônio Vieira (Colégio Catarinense/Florianopolis/Brazil), Inditex and the Secretariat of Education/Palhoça/Brazil, cultural initiatives of the City Hall of the County and the Secretariat of Social Work/Palhoça/Brazil. As regards the internal stakeholders those who stand out are the National Foundation Fé e Alegria Brazil and its personnel. An additional aspect dealt with is a strong strategic dependence on the stakeholders on account of the supply of resources, especially the financial support. As regards the relevance of this paper special attention is drawn to the analysis of the stakeholders, following the model of Frooman (1999), in connection with the process of decision making, and consequently with the management of the organizations, including the Third Sector. We add a proposal for future papers and a widening of the scope in the research within the network of private schools of the Foundation Fé e Alegria in other States of this country, making some benefits suitable to other places and sharing with other stakeholders still to be won over. Key Words: Environment, Stakeholders, Third Sector.
