Organizational Dynamics: Leadership,Teamwork, Behavior
Course Description: We live in an organization-based society and no organization exists without people. Therefore, understanding people is critical in creating and managing productive and healthy organizations. This course is designed to help students explore the intrapersonal, interpersonal, and organizational dynamics and behaviors. Leadership and teamwork as processes require a reflective engagement in exploring what perspectives we currently have and what is ideal for us in our future state. The course content encompasses the following topics: • Intrapersonal perspectives on Leadership • Interpersonal dimensions and understanding of organizational dynamics as leader • Interpersonal dynamics of teams • Organizational contexts and expectations • Change and creating future success
